CFNYC's Annual Halloween Team Competition
(Competition for members only. All are welcome to party afterward.)

Sign up on your own and you'll get assigned a team when you arrive at the gym! (If you already have a 6 person team in mind, email Avery@crossfitnyc.com with the team name and members). Costumes not required but highly encouraged. Email Avery@crossfitnyc.com if you are interested in judging and not working out. Party to follow the event - all are welcome.

Awards for Best Costume (Male), Best Costume (Female) and High Score Overall Team.

Location: 28th street (2nd and 3rd floor)
Time: Competition starts at 12 PM and runs until 3 PM
Who: Any member who has been CrossFitting for a month or more. Everything is scalable - all levels are welcome and encouraged.
What: 4 team workouts, 6 person teams

Party with candy and beer to follow the competition!
