Nutrition 101 is all about the basics to healthy eating. Expect to learn about: - Balanced meals (macronutrients) and how to manipulate these macros based your training. - Nutrient density (micronutrients) and why it's important to eliminate processed foods and focus on whole foods. - What an anti-inflammatory (Paleo style) diet looks like, and why it is beneficial. No matter what your starting point is, you'll walk away with something new to incorporate into your lifestyle right away. We'll also have some healthy snacks for you :) **Goodie bags will be provided for all registered attendees**
