Do you want your workout acquaintance to become your workout bestie? Then come to the next Women’s Only WOD! This Women’s Only WOD will focus on bodyweight movements, followed by a fun, group chipper. / / / / All levels are invited and encouraged to come, but CrossFit experience *is* required.
