Life Outside the Gym is a sustainable ramp up to becoming the healthiest version of yourself. This course will address the aspects of wellness outside of the gym such as nutrition, sleep, and stress management. This course will run for 3-months with biweekly 75-minute group classes, with a cap of 12 people to provide ample individualized attention. Every class will troubleshoot what's getting your stuck, provide new content and action steps to work on over the next two week period. Expect group support and accountability in between classes to keep you on track and to hold you accountable to your goals.
