How To: Kip
Looking to improve your kipping swing so you can master toes-to-bar and kipping pull-ups? Coach Steph and Coach Buchanan will work with you to get you there! We will be conducting a workshop for beginners on the fundamentals of the kipping swing. We will be covering proper technique, body positions and drills to achieve a strong and controlled kipping swing. No experience is required but please bring something small to hold between your feet (a hand towel or a t-shirt), well rested hands and your enthusiasm!
