Women's Only WOD [NO-SHOW FEE]

Do you want your workout acquaintance to become your workout bestie? Then come to the second Women’s Only WOD! This Women’s Only WOD will focus on some gymnastics technique and then some heavy lifting with a partner! / / / / All levels are invited and encouraged to come, but Crossfit experience *is* required.
