All CFNYC members welcome. Drinks and snacks will be provided. ||||| The Nutrition 201 seminar is intended to put what you learned in Nutrition 101, into practice. Nutrition 101 is all about exploring the basic foundations of sound nutrition. You learned about what to eat, how much to eat, and meal timing. Nutrition 201 is all about implementing your new nutritional knowledge, in real life. We will discuss keeping a food log, meal prep, reading nutrition labels, and how to navigate a menu, so that you can make the best decisions possible.
